Paper Submission Instructions


The paper submission deadline has been extended to June 10, 2017!

You are cordially invited to submit your papers, which must represent original works, and must not have been accepted for publication elsewhere or be under review for another conference or journal, via electronic submission at the SEAL 2017 conference submission site (via EasyChair):

Prior to submitting your paper, please make sure you have created an EasyChair submission account (if you do not have an existing account) by visiting the above site.

Paper Format

Papers should be no more than 12 pages, and must be formatted in LNCS style (see Information for LNCS Authors), and be submitted in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.

Review Process

Each paper will be assigned to at least three SEAL 2017 Program Committee members for reviews.


All accepted papers will be published as a volume of the series Lecture Notes in Computer Science by Springer. Good quality papers will be invited for further revisions and extensions which will go through an additional review process for possible publications in special issues of journals such as IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence.
